Our goal is to get to know virtually every candidate in the business, whether they're actively looking or not. We meet all of our candidates and spend time getting to know them, and letting them get to know us. We care as much about what's not on a resume as what is on the resume. A resume will only tell what a person has done; it doesn't tell who a person is. Clients hire people, not paper.
We get to know our clients and their cultures. While experience is important, the cultural fit is even more important.
No matter how smart someone is, if there isn't a cultural fit, the candidate can't succeed. Candidates identify with people, not companies.
We're not in the business of filling jobs. That's just how we get paid.
We're consultants. We counsel our candidates on career opportunities and advancement, both internally and externally. We partner with our clients, making sure they're getting to know appropriate talent, whether it's for a current opportunity or for the pipeline.
Because we're constantly talking to people in the industry, we can best advise our candidates and our clients on what's going on in the business.
